Martin Built Homes began over a decade ago after spending over 15 years in the industry as a framing expert. I create homes with a client-focused approach that incorporates functionality, designs to fit a variety of clients and superior craftsmanship at any price.
Over the years my focus on the small details and core values has earned an attractive reputation in the corridor. I have over 20 years of experience custom building homes in the $350k – $1,000,000 range. So whether you are considering a home of 1,300 SF or 8,000 SF I am confident I can assist you in the designing and building of a beautiful home.
I will build you a beautiful, comfortable, energy-efficient home that you will be satisfied with for years to come. My involvement in the home building process reduces your stress by:
- Allowing you direct access to the partners/builders
- Ensuring that one (or both) of the partners is on site daily
- Finishing on time — typically from dig to done in 100 days
- Helping you with homebuilding details, including lot selection, design ideas, lay-out changes, etc.
- Staying on budget, with homes starting at $200,000
- Making callbacks nearly obsolete through close attention to details
- My hands-on approach to new home construction allows me to keep an eye on details while working closely with other experts in drywall, roofing, etc. These efforts result in happy homeowners — the kind of customers who are very satisfied that their new home has better quality and value for the price.
